After six seasons, 212 appearances and 130 goal contributions, Lee Gallacher will depart at the end of his contract.
Having first joined from Glenafton Athletic in the COVID interrupted 2020/21 season, Lee has been a focal point and key contributor in the club’s evolution and upward trajectory in recent years.
A recipient of the Players’ Player and Player of the Year award in 2022, Lee also picked up Goal of the Season at the 2025 awards night for his wonder strike against Auchinleck Talbot.
Lee moves on as a WoSFL Premier Division winner with the club and with our thanks for all his efforts and our very best wishes for the future.
Manager Gordon Moffat commented: “It’s with a really heavy heart that we see Lee move on from the club.
“He’s been a fantastic player here since 2020, a huge contributor to us climbing the pyramid and one of the best I’ve ever worked with. He has incredible numbers in terms of goals and assists and leaves as currently the highest assist maker for the club in the modern era.
“Off the field, his contribution has been just as strong, part of our leadership group, hardly missing a training session and always available to play.
“He will be a huge miss for the group but we respect his reasons for not taking up our contract offer and wish Lee and his family all the very best for whatever comes next.”
