We’re delighted to announce the arrival of defender Scott Forrester from Johnstone Burgh.
The centre back joins the Bankies on a two year deal having previously turned out for Pollok, Caledonian Braves, Kirkintilloch Rob Roy, Albion Rovers and Glasgow Perthshire.
First team manager Gordon Moffat said: “We’re really delighted to get Scott into the club. It’s been no secret it’s an area of the pitch we’ve been looking to strengthen and give us more options. Scott has just turned 30 in the summer there, so brings a lot of experience having played a large number of games at this level.
“In terms of a player, he’s someone who will really enhance our group. He’s aggressive in the air, a real force in both boxes and a good organiser as well as good with the ball at his feet. He’s a really good signing for us and will complement the guys we already have, so we’re delighted to welcome him.”
