We’re delighted to announce the permanent signing of defender Szymon Walczak.
The 18-year-old has penned a one year deal with the Bankies after impressing in his five appearances so far.
First team manager Gordon Moffat said: “Szymon has done great. He’s another young man, even younger than Kian at 18 and has a lot of good attributes. He’s very coachable and wants to learn and listen; always keen to see his clips back and learn from bits we’re trying to show him.
“In terms of raw attributes, he’s aggressive and good on the ball with real pace and as I say he’s very coachable so we’re excited by having him. He can play right centre back, right back or even at a push, right wing back so he gives us options. He joins Scotty (Forrester) in really bolstering that back line.”
