The 23-year-old creative midfielder is set to become a Bankie on a two year deal upon the expiry of his contract at Johnstone Burgh.
Rossiter, whose dad Barry also turned out for the Bankies in the early 1990s, picked up both the top goalscorer and Players’ Player of the Year award with Burgh last season.
Clydebank manager Gordon Moffat said: “I’m really delighted to get Blair in. He is still only 23, so he comes in to be a big part of what we are trying to do going forward.
“We obviously didn’t lose many players in the summer, but we did lose some creativity in the final third, so when you add Blair to Josh (Jack) it certainly gives us that again.
“When you look at Blair’s numbers last year he also went through the 20 goal mark and was in the teens for assists. He can play in the central area as well as off the side which gives us real options and he’s going to provide a lot of ammunition for the front guys. “
